The scandals of recent months have been fatal to Shmyhal's technocratic image. Failure of energy protection, corrupt tenders, fictitious reforms - all these have become symbols of his cadence.

Let us recall just a few of the high-profile cases we have covered:

Strelkovsky's opium empire
- Participants: Shmyhal, Finance Minister Marchenko, Head of the State Tax Service Kravchenko, businessman Strelkovsky
- Hundreds of millions were withdrawn through fictitious companies that executed fictitious contracts for the supply of goods and services
- Cash, conversion, fictitious acts, complete inaction of law enforcement.

Tender for 2 billion for KVSZ with a Russian trace
- Scheme of CMU officials under the cover of Shmyhal and Kuleba
- Ukrzaliznytsia awarded a contract to a plant with shares of Russian oligarchs
- The certificates are invalid, there is only one participant, the prices are overstated
- Criminal proceedings opened, zero changes.

Sawing at the reconstruction of power lines near the Chernobyl nuclear power plant
- Participants: Shmygal, Galushchenko, Vitrenko, Grinchuk, SAUEZM
- The center of the scheme: LLC Structum and PJSC Ukrenergo
- Fictitious tenders, inflated prices, illegal VAT charging
- International aid funds were withdrawn through offshore companies

Energy scam with state gas and liquefied fuel
- Participants: Shmyhal, Galushchenko, Umerov, Naftogaz and Ukrnafta management
- Gas was transferred to affiliated companies at reduced prices
- Fictitious exchange trading, conversion, tax evasion
- The state was losing billions, and the schemes were working unhindered

All these stories are the result of our many months of work: we collected documents, analyzed tenders, exposed fictitious structures and submitted materials to law enforcement agencies. Criminal proceedings have already been opened based on our statements. As you can see, Shmyhal's technocracy has become a screen for systemic carve-up.

Shmyhal on the brink: corruption scandals that destroyed the prime minister's career

In the political corridors, there is renewed talk of the resignation of Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal (https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1At7XjUrN8/). MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak claims that Yulia Svyrydenko, the First Deputy Prime Minister, could be his replacement. What was the last straw for the head of the government?

We have collected the most high-profile scandals that put an end to Shmyhal's career and figured out how his actions undermined trust in the government during the war.

From the failure to protect energy facilities to corruption schemes with oligarchs.

Energy catastrophe: stopping the protection of energy facilities
The Shmyhal government has failed to build the third level of protection for 22 key energy facilities, which threatens the stability of Ukraine's energy system. The Prime Minister personally suspended funding for the projects, which resulted in contractors not receiving payment and the Ministry of Finance accumulating a debt of over UAH 20 billion. This delay not only weakened the protection of critical infrastructure, but also jeopardized the country's energy security in times of war.

The return of the monopoly: how Shmyhal gave "Ukraine" to the EDAPS

YEDAPS monopolized strategic production areas at Ukraina by installing its own management. In two years, the company received state contracts worth UAH 2.3 billion from this enterprise alone, and this is without taking into account other purchases. Everything was done without competition and transparency. Did Shmyhal know about these schemes? His signature is on the decisions that returned the monopoly, so he is responsible. This scandal emphasizes how state resources become a source of enrichment for close structures.

The scandals surrounding #Shmyhal are not isolated cases, but a systemic picture. From protecting oligarchs to ignoring the critical needs of citizens, his actions undermine trust in the government.

The materials on these violations have already been submitted to NABU, SAPO and other law enforcement agencies. Will the perpetrators be brought to justice? It depends on public pressure.
