The defendant, a resident of Lviv, was found guilty of producing and distributing pornographic materials (Part 2, 3 of Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). She created and posted several pornographic videos on social media, offering access to a paid channel in the Telegram messenger.
The court found her actions to be dangerous, but took into account her sincere remorse, active volunteer work and the absence of aggravating circumstances. As a result, she was fined UAH 102,000.
Now he has not only the insignia of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for his active volunteer support of Ukraine's military, but also the status of a criminal and a stigma for life. And this decision was approved in the name of Ukraine. This is trash! And not a single convicted corrupt servant or prosecutor with a pseudo-disability. Not a country, but a KVN.
A number of NGOs are calling for the decriminalization of adult pornography in Ukraine, but retaining liability for child pornography, distribution of pornography to minors, and non-consensual distribution. The corresponding draft law No. 12191 was registered in November 2024.
From the verdict of the most humane court in Ukraine:
"She has no previous convictions, is not registered with a narcologist or psychiatrist, regularly donates funds to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and has received awards for active volunteer support of the Ukrainian military."
